The last week of the competition has just finished. Aminius Writer won this week with his photo Enjoy the silence. This photo will join the other seven winners of this competition, which finishes today.

Thanks a lot to all the competitors. W e are preparing the closing festival which will be in september 14th and which be animated by Nephie Eerie.

The fith week of the competition has just finished. Once again, we kept everyone in suspense to the last minute. You had a lot of difficulties to choose between the TiagoMiguel Martynov’s photo, Pink, the Mel Mertel’s photo, Looking away and the Yann Mip’s one, Maeni.
Finally TiagoMiguel won the competition for the first time.

The second week of the competition has just finished. Once again, there was a lot of suspense due to the high quality of the photos, making it difficult tor voters to choose.
However, a winner has been picked and we have the pleasure to announce that the photo called Maternite by Willow Ahn is this week’s winner of the SL Foto Contest.
We are still a little concerned by the way in which people vote, and wish very much that the approach was different, afterall a number of quality photos weren’t rewarded the mark they deserved as competitors sought to keep them out of the competitiion. However, this by no mean dettacts from Willow Ahn’s worthy victory, which was more than well deserved, as the commentaries show.
So, now we enter in to the third week of competition…
Don’t forget, you can keep sending your entries until Friday, July 27th ( your photos will be published the following week) and you can keep voting until July, 31st, 6pm GMT.

We have noticed movements on the site, which we would like to draw to your attention, as it cannot continue.
Certain visiters are voting favourably for themselves and their friends and then marking competitors with a one, in a bid to lower their average. We reserve the right to apply the necessary measurements if this situation continues...
